Founded in 2025, Guided Momentum is a private mental health therapy practice offering compassionate, evidence-based care for adults and teens. We provide individual therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions, with a focus on building coping skills and lasting emotional resilience. Services include personalized treatment planning, mindfulness and skills-based approaches, and support for goal-setting and personal growth in a safe, confidential space.
